TRI-MIST 1000XL
Product Overview
Ideally suited to applications using high pressure coolant pumps where extreme coolant atomization can occur, the Tri-Mist 1000XL is a highly efficient quadruple pass mist collector that uses both electrostatic precipitator technology and washable wire mesh mechanical impingers. The mist laden air is drawn up thru 4” of wire mesh impingers and then passes successively thru four ESP cells. Each ESP cell contains 53 sq/ ft. of collection area for a total of 212 sq. feet. The final phase is a 1” final filter. An optional 7th stage HEPA MAX post filter rated at 99.97% @ .3 microns is also available.

Economical Operation
The Tri-Mist 1000XL can be directly mounted to the machine tool enclosure. Optional
installations include an integrated machine mount stand/inlet plenum with flex duct.
Other installation options include floor mounting on a stand and ceiling mounting.
Warranty
Tri-Mist mist collectors have a 24 month limited warranty.
